(my own project) 18/06/07: Ok, waiting for heads for the motor The engine : New Alloy case, forged 78mm crank, w110 cam, stock rockers with bolt up shafts, 40mm weber IDFs, heads will be 044s with standard valve sizes and a 3 angle valve job. Built for reliability and as a good strong tow engine 12/06/07 : Currently building 2007cc motor for her, I,ll get some picks up soon This bay arrived about five years ago, the welding was sound but it was a bit the worse for wear and the paint was rough. There were parts of a Devon interior fitted, but these had to go. I tidied it up and resprayed it in the same red as the pick-up (Rover Monza red). I built and fitted a new interior but a lot is still original. I use the bay as an everyday vehicle and a day van in the summer. I also tow the pick-up to race meetings and camp in the van. Right now I'm upgrading the stock 1600 to a 2007 to make for a better tow - and going up those steep Cornwall hills!
